Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order and sold at cost, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email support@ethosnational.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
